Aldus Particles

Aldus Particles

Aldus particles are a vital component of hyperspace travel. They occur naturally in the universe and must be collected by a ship's hyperdrive, where they are then concentrated and projected to form a hyperspace rift.

Aldus particles were discovered in GY 5,660. Two years before the invention of hyperdrive, the discovery of aldus particles was vital to hyperspace theory.

Aldus particles were named after their discoverer, Naviv Aldus, a Parovaronian.
